phinixNot at the moment, the Drop CTRL & ALT don't expose any onboard memory to QMK (keyboard firmware) so there's nowhere to save the LED settings. However, you can use the online configurator to change the default LED setup and per-layer. The only downside is that you can't change the LED settings onboard anymore (Fn + A/D). That's what I ended up doing to lock it on just red lighting.
