Hey guys, has any of you faced this issue? When turning on the headset, the white led turns on for a second, and then turns off. USB-C Pass-through doesn't work (windows say USB device not recognized, even though it worked before and even passthrough to phones doesn't work), only the 3.5mm termination works. The Pandas are fully charged. This started happening when I left the Pandas on standby for about 3 hours. Since then, it won't turn on
DK1lm3n7since no one from drop could help me with this, i have figured out my own solution. Just use it in wired mode using the included 3.5mm aux cable for about 15-20 min. Then remove the cable and try to turn the headphones on. And voila, that should fix the issue!
1r0nL3gacy45I am having the same issue. It worked first time on my laptop. Used it for an hour and the next day, it does not recognize on the laptop but also does not switch on. It shows a white glow and sometimes blue. When charging, it turns white. I have contacted support. Let's see what they say.
1r0nL3gacy45hey, the trick worked the first time i got the issue then left overnight fully charged and didnt turn on. tried charging it again and listened through aux whole day still no luck .
thanks
1r0nL3gacy45I made the right decision and I did it now it's been 4 days since I repaired them myself and without problems 😎😎 Now my pandas are back... !!!!!👍👍😁😁😎😎
1r0nL3gacy45This happened to me a few times before! I realized it would frequently occur if I left the Pandas to charge overnight. Could it be a possible that overcharging the device is causing issues? After leaving them to let the battery drain, I charged for only about 10 mins and they started working again. Could be a gamble but it worked for me.//
