My expected ship time was august 19 it is now august 27 should I be concerned

Like i said before My Expected ship time was august 19, on the 27 I reached out to drop staff asking why I haven't heard anything about expected ship times. she forwarded me an email she said I should have received and didn't saying that ship times could be delayed if it was to take more that 30 days I will be notified. 32 days later still with no info I contact Drop again and the person I emailed tells me that she is going to flag it for the logistics team and they will let us know. This was on September 19 and still no info. I don't know what Drop is doing but this has really left a bad taste in my mouth and it still hasn't been resolved. I have contacted them a third time and will update this once I hear something.

hayden.99johnsonKeyboard arrived today and is very nice from first impressions but don't recommend to anyone that wants one soon since it took 59 days for my product to arrive after its expected ship date.

"Ion Storm" - can't help but think of John Romero's old video game company of the same name. Maybe the other colors should be "Bullfrog", "Blizzard North", and "Sierra" ;)
Seriously though, cool to see Durgod updating their design language even if it is a little derivative of Ducky's. The colors look great and the design in general is pretty cool.
