Great stand, solidly built, and the gas pistons work splendidly. Working wonders for my networking closet to get things up off the floor/table.

Overall construction is big and heavy but still flimsy after being put together. The construction is good enough but the engineering needs more work. It wasn't hard to put together and only took about 1 hour (without adding the monitor/cords). Overall monitor height is more than sufficient for anyone who isn't over 6' 5". The system does work but keep reading before purchasing. The main problems are 1, 2, 3 and 7. 5 is a major issue but only if you plan on using that option and don't like adjusting your seat to a higher position.
Complaints: 1) There is no ability to angle the keyboard up or down, by default it is angled down and that is not recommended for ergonomics. The angle that the wrists are placed at is more severe then using a keyboard while sitting (with the keyboard on a desk). It doesn't seem too bad after everything is set up since I just adjusted the monitor and raised the platform. As a side affect I lean on the stand more and take some of the flimsiness out of the system. 2) Keyboard is too close to the monitors with no way to adjust (it's probably close to what most people are used to but again not the recommended distance nor adjustable). It's 6" from the center of the keyboard to the front of the monitor. My eyes are about 20" away from the screen. 3) Keyboard shelf is too narrow making it impossible to use my keyboard legs/adjustment if I had wanted to (using a Logitech K350). The keyboard sticks over the back half of the shelf. I removed the front "wrist support" which fixed that issue but it doesn't look that great since there are holes left. 4) Keyboard height cannot be adjusted, only monitor height can be adjusted. The two move as a whole unit after adjustment. This is a part of the wrist angle issue. This isn't a major issue unless you try to use it while sitting where the next issue comes into play. 5) When used in a sitting position, the mouse and keyboard are too high without adjusting the seat to an uncomfortably high position. Making the system an adjustable flimsy standing system with the option to use while sitting at an uncomfortable setting. If your desk is shallow enough to allow the keyboard to completely clear the desk then this isn't a big deal. That would be any desk less than 28" deep. 6) Overall rigidity is solid but there is a lot of play introduced at the swing arm (which is very heavy and bulky but has loose connections in the spring assembly) so the whole system has a tendency to sway if bumped or pushed in any fashion. The sway is minor but is easy to cause through simple keyboard and mouse use. This probably won't be an issue for most people, but the issue is definitely there. 7) Cable management is lacking, it is available but even though there is plenty of room for cables during the first 10" of the base the rest of the assembly only has a very narrow channel for cables. I will have a hard time pulling one power cable and USB/displayport cable through them which doesn't even consider the 2nd monitor (this is a two monitor model). I could of used it as a 2 monitor assembly after removing the keyboard if it wasn't for this issue.
Overall, if I could return this thing then I would. It does fulfill its purpose of a standing computer/monitor desk but doesn't meet my expectations and I would of been better off spending money on a tall table although it would of looked a bit weird (not any worse then this thing though). I'm sure that there are other better systems out there, it would be worth paying twice as much to have a better designed system. Do please make sure you can return or try the system you have an eye on before purchasing! I will be using this system for a little while since I am stuck with it, I don't know what I will think about it after a week. I might put up with it or I might trash it, it probably depends on how much standing helps my back and if I can find a tall table... After using it for a little bit, I think it's good enough that I would give it away instead of trashing it when that time comes, if it comes.
Side note: I know I bought the two monitor version but why don't I have an option to use it with just one monitor? It would just take some minor engineering changes and the parts could be used as a single monitor stand as well.

Certainly does everything it claims to! This has transformed my work day and has greatly relieved my shoulder and back problems. The only thing I'd warn anyone about is that there's a bit of DIY involved! Bit of a two person job in some places. Great, great product though!
