Decent
Decent enough for the price, can't beat Gateron in cheap linears though

When you need more tactility than Cherry brown, these switches are definitely for you. (luckily, they are not very hard) They are nothing fancy but are quite good for everyday use.

Got some jades and spring swap them to a 68g T1 spring. Put some films too and installed them on a green budget96 keyboard. Nice combination of color, and good entry level tactile switch.

I have used the Jade Green on a couple of boards, and like them stock. They don't feel any different from the Crystal Violet switches to me, so I think it comes down to which you can get a better deal on and if you have a color preference.

Possibly the best stock switches.
I got the Coral red linear switches. They are probably the smoothest stock switches I've ever tried. I'm sure they are factory lubed because of how smooth they are, but the fact that I did not have to open any of these is just mind blowing. I was gonna try and lube and filmed them, but I noticed how smooth they are out of the box. So I just soldered it on my keyboard, and been using them ever since.

Is this switch even tactile?
I got the Jade greens on my ID75. No lubing, no films have been applied. I was expecting it to be at least as tactile as Oreos judging from the size of the bump on the stem, but this switch just isn't tactile. It feels like a scratchy linear at best. But hey, some people like that. Just not for me.

Recolored MX Browns
Jade Greens feel as tactile as MX Browns, which means they feel like scratchy linears. The only positive thing I can say is that they sound better than MX Browns, if you film them.

Everglide Jades are a viable light tactile
Everglide Jades are an underrated sleeper of a switch that more manufacturers need to emulate. They seem to be using the RARA stem, I'm not sure, it's some kind of medium-tactile. And a housing that isn't the most tactile, I think it's normally used for linears. What it produces is a switch that's a little more tactile than MX Brown, with a very nice spring weight. They're easy and pleasant to type on, and make for a very good custom build. The only problem with them is that they are kind of chittery-sounding out-of-the-box. So lubing them is a must. You can use 3204 in whatever quantity you want, springs need lubing as well. Then, they become one of the best-feeling and best-sounding light tactiles that there is. I could have saved a lot of time and money going straight to these. I understand that switches like this are coming into style again, and that is a good thing. I hope RARA V2 and others are good successors.
