Our vendor just reached out, and they have some unfortunate news to share with the group. Due to an error on the vendor's part, they allocated the group's units to another order. Whenever we launch a drop, we make sure that the vendor has enough units to fulfill the group's order. This protocol was followed for the Fidue A63 IEM, but the vendor’s warehouse team didn’t put a hold on our units as instructed.
As soon as we received the news, we contacted our other vendors in an effort to source this unit. Unfortunately, no one was able to accommodate our request. Additionally, the alternatives that were offered weren’t able to meet the specs of the Fidue A63.
As a result, we will be canceling the drop and issuing all group members full refunds for their orders. Refunds will be applied to your payment method within 1-3 business days.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and have forwarded feedback to our vendor. We have also added new checks and balances for this vendor in order to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Fidue A63 IEM and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 5/6.
We will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 4/25.

Quick update for the group we talked to the vendor extensively and they let us know that overall progress on the new IEMs is moving quite slow to get the product ready for market. The new ETA is well into June which we find completely unacceptable. As such we are going to jump in and offer the group the following choices in lieu of the Fidue A65.
Everyone still in the drop can switch to the Dunu Titan 1 IEM (https://www.massdrop.com/buy/dunu-titan-1-iem). This product was recently dropped for 89.99. If this option is satisfactory please reach out to us at https://www.massdrop.com/support and we will get that changed for you ASAP with no additional fees. The drop for these just ended and the orders are already on the way and scheduled to arrive this Friday. We will prioritize your orders and have them ship ASAP.
If you prefer to cancel your order altogether please let us know and we will credit your account with $15 for the delays and inconvenience.
We know these alternatives don’t make up for the inconvenience and less than stellar experience, but we hope the group understands that we will always look for alternative options to make sure that the group is taken care of when things get off track.

Quick update for the group, we talked to the vendor earlier today and were notified that they were still finalizing a few things on the brand new A65s (mainly product packaging) and due to this the group's order has been pushed back to mid-May.
This is very unfortunate and we understand the delay is very undesirable and as such have secured the group an additional $10 discount for this item. The refunds will be applied this weekend and will hit your payment method within 1-3 business days.

Quick update for the group, the vendor is currently preparing the bulk shipment and it should leave their facility at latest by Monday afternoon. Once the shipment is on the way the vendor will send over tracking info and we will get our warehouse team ready to prepare your order.
