The first thing you notice when you walk in a room is not this case. That's mostly because it's extremely quiet and it has a subdued and modernist design. That said, once you lay eyes upon this case, it's quite impressive both in build quality and in its feature list. There are 8 hard drive bays in this baby, and two SSD slots, which means that you can make that computer with a 30 terabytes of storage that you've always wanted.
Cooling is extremely important for high power gaming PC's. Some people take it really seriously and use liquid cooling and other fancy gizmos, and Fractal is no exception. They invented a feature they call ModuVent (patent pending), that allows you to choose between quiet and power with your fan speed. There are also spaces for six fans, and it comes with two Silent Series R2 fans. The top five hard drive bays can also be rotated up to 90 degrees if you need to make room for a particularly beefy graphics card, which is a real concern for those of us who enjoy playing Crysis on maximum graphics settings.
