To those who already own this case, is the front panel cover also made of metal or is it just plastic with a brushed metal effect?

ArtSJCThe front panel is plastic, but it's a hard plastic with some sound deadening material behind it.
Easily my favorite case I've ever owned. I'd love to impulse buy my way into a second one for my second computer...

It's truly a shame that the shipping was the breaking deal for many people.
However, I hope this doesn't discourage the future deals.

Hi Everyone! Good news, Fractal has decided to lower the requisite drop quantities on this buy : )
The quantities are now 10, 17, and 25 units so it should be a little easier for everyone to reach the maximum price drop level.

It is still a great case, and Fractal will probably sell you a solid panel to replace the window. You're spending more money then, though. Your other option is to cancel your purchase.
Either way this really is a fantastic case and I hope a better price point can be reached because shipping is a real bummer for this thing.

Shipping is real killer with this one... Also lack of 5.25" bays(atleast 3-4 for decent raid caddy) is disconcerning...

FYI, I purchased this exact case from NCIX for $75 shipped months ago, and I've seen it at the same price point multiple times since then.

philthesoYea, got my white windowed one for ~$80 shipped from NCIX not too long ago. These go on sale a lot. That being said, it is a fantastic case, and I can recommend it to almost anyone building a computer.
