My wrist rest has scratches on the top and the bottom as well as a nick on the top side that I can see and feel when Im typing. One side of the wrist rest is also higher and thicker than the other. I would like a refund if possible, and if not, could I get a different unit

I got my wrist rests today and the tops and bottoms of both have tons of scratches. There's two large and deep scratches on my galaxy WR and both have large dimples on the top. Really disappointed this quality was deemed acceptable after all they weren't that cheap. After a delay in shipping this is what we get? :|

Seems like the production on these did not go as planned. My issues are not as bad as some here. but still annoying. There are multiple scratches on the bottom. OK, not terrible. I wont be looking at that part. But on the top I have 6 separate nicks of various sizes. The sleeve it came in is 3 inches too short to fit the whole thing in too.

I just got mine today and it is warped like crazy. Are we able to get replacements or would it just be a refund? Such a bummer.

tonsoffun49Hey Tonsoffun! mines is warped as well and it has a few scratches as well I would like too see if I could get a refund as well or a get a better quality one sent to me. Its kinda of funny this is and the Marble HLYM is my first ever Drop purchase and the Marble one is really nice.

Not bad at all! Mine came with scratches on the bottom but worth the wait I would say.

Just got mine and I have to say, I'm a little disappointed. It seems like the artist making it got really lazy during production because there's essentially a clear chunk of resin in the middle with no patterns or colors. I submitted a more detailed ticket to drop support, but there is small chips in the resin on my wrist rest, fingerprints that seem embedded into the wrist rest, and air pockets with sand floating around. It seems like no quality control was done on this part.

Hey everyone, just got my wrist rest today. The quality is good as I expected, but there some issue. There are few tiny dust sticked on the surface and also some fingerprints are printed on the bottom cannot be wipe off :( .
The sand area (brown colour) a bit darker from the official picture from drop.

Yes in transit from China to our warehouse located in the states. I can't give you an exact timeline but usually it takes a few days for our warehouse to QC and ensure we received the complete order in full, QC and package ... and then from there it depends on your location and the courier. Hope that helps!

Definitely not a week since our warehouse has to QC the shipment and ensure all the wrist rests are what we ordered and such. Then we'll have to package each order individually (since the vendor sent us an entire batch), and from there it depends on where you're located and the courier. I would estimate about 2-3 weeks to receive, hope that helps!
