Mine is extra screwed up.
Pressing trigger multiple keys.

Didn't exactly sign up for 8*NKRO
A screw fell off when I was unpacking. What screwdriver do you use to put it back in?

I am a complete new to mechanical keyboard and this is my first one. Should I ask for replacement or would the tape thing fix this also? I definitely like the keyboard and will get it again....

FaceMcBashyNot a screwdriver. It's called a hex tool or hex key. Comes in a bunch of standard sizes. You can get a tool like this at Home Depot for cheap.
