weredastuffyoHey there, I'm not sure apologies cover how this fulfillment is turning out.
I'm working now to figure out how to get everyone the proper ergodoxes they've ordered - the double right hand PCB fulfillment is especially problematic.
I'll have a more comprehensive update once I know the extend of the issues and timelines for getting everyone taken care of.

YanboWu @YanboWu, what about orders that haven't gone out yet? Do you think these also will have the two right handed PCBs? Any update on the delays for us who haven't received theirs? Is it related to the two handed PCB problem?

matthewcnicklasYes shipment was stopped after reports started appearing about the PCB issues. Once we are sure everyone is going to get what they ordered, we will start shipping again.

YanboWu @YanboWu Thats some good information I think we should of been looped in on as soon as that decision was made. I feel a lot of these backers (myself included) are frustrated because all we have to go off of is speculation since your last official update was nearly 3 weeks ago.

Just out of curiosity is the fulfillment center what is doing the logistics of receiving the parts and assembling the kits Massdrop operated or a third party you contracted the work out to?

YanboWuThe lack of transparency is killing Massdrop's cred. What exactly is the problem? When are shipments going to resume? And is the patent fight between IC and Massdrop over switches effecting this transaction? Can us consumers who have not yet received a shipment ever expect to get one?
