I hate to ask, but why would I want to buy these from here when I can get the mechanical one for $10 from the source with free shipping? Is there a difference?

I actually bought one of these on the first day through their Etsy store to make sure they were good quality before I looked into buying a number of them. I have some patent prints I had bought from another Etsy store and I bought one of these to compare the screen printing to.
Here is what I have noticed as the difference, the white is a lot brighter, the ink is raised, the stock is thicker and heavier. The lines on the screen printed prints are very smooth and crisp whereas the lines on the printed one's I have are jagged and jittery. If you are standing 5 ft. away you would never notice but up close it makes a big difference.
I have to say I am very impressed with the quality on these. Considering I paid $27.99 each for the digital prints I am going to pick up a few of these as the quality on these is amazing and a killer price on these for a screen print.
I have attached three images below for you guys to see, the first one is my current "digitally" printed print, second image is the matching screen print from Inked and Screened, and the third one is another random digitally printed poster so you can see the lines are just not nearly as smooth on the digital than on the screen print.

No problem, this is definitely one of those items that you get in the mail and are blown away by the quality. The pictures do not do these justice and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the lines are, I know I am going to put them in frames but I keep running my hand over the print to feel the ink. Holding the print in your hands and feeling the weight of the paper and raised ink really let's you appreciate screen printed artwork. Kudos to Massdrop for finding these.

Disappointed.. Didn't see that the ACTUAL size of these posters is only 50% of the size in the pictures. Incredibly misleading. Are you telling me that the desk and chair in many of these photos is less than 2 feet tall? So the images aren't of the actual product, but one that has been enlarged to make it seem more appealing. When the tubes came and they were barely bigger than a paper towel roll, I almost threw them away.

Wodan, that was a good call. There is no patent print for the Y-wing but I did arrange a little something just for you ;-) I was so excited about the outcome of the Y-wing that I made a few extra designs for the drop as well. Enjoy the new additions!

"Please note that the horizontal Stormtropper print is in Black Chalkboard edition only."
I would not assume that the correct spelling would be applied when the image provided is incorrect.

Tomas_PitinThanks for the heads up. I just pulled up the original and it is spelled correctly (Stormtrooper). Not sure what happened here but rest assured you will not get a Stormpooper or Stormtooper print ;-)

The selection of prints is somewhat disappointing. I'd prefer to have a far more technical drawing (like the lockpicking ones) but for an automobile or aircraft. The GT3 RS isnt a bad one, but simply being an unadorned styling patent its somewhat boring.
