A completely wrong and inferior product was shipped to me - as acknowledged by Ashe - and I have been waiting for over two weeks to get this addressed with a replacement that was supposed to be sent out to me. I am a now bit concerned about not only not receiving the replacement but getting no response to my inquiries for tracking information and further follow-up.
I have made many purchases from Massdrop and have generally found support to be quite responsive but lately that has not been the case. I need to know the status of this because I do not want to get stuck with an incorrectly filled product order that differs significantly from my original order. As there was such a significant delay in delivery since the purchase was made, I only have a nominal window to open up an issue with my payment provider.
