The shipping on this has been quite miserable. UPS shows they dropped the package off with USPS at the beginning of the week 2 states away and on Massdrop it shows as delivered, hopefully it didn't fall into some shipping black hole.

We use UPS Mail Innovation for domestic shipment, where it uses UPS network for the long haul, and USPS for the house to house delivery. USPS portion of the tracking tend to be not as up to date as UPS.
Give it another few days for the package to show up. Shoot us an email if it doesn't, and we'll take care of you.
