So, here I am a year into owning this knife. It holds an edge O.K.; I use it for just about anything, so I give it a fair shake on the edge. It's finally starting to get a little bit of a patina, but still not as much of one as I would like. Overall, a pretty good knife for the price.
It's nice, it has a nice smooth action and doesn't instantly need a cleaning like some other brands. It has a good weight but it is a small knife. I now use it as a backup in my that is kept in my bag.
Especially when the price is considered, I really like this knife. The way the lock pivots into place is unique and overall it has a clean but interesting style.
Superb for EDC. The patina wearing in with time in the hand, D2 is a solid steel that holds an edge well without being ridiculously tough to sharpen. Flipper and lockup are great.
