Some keys I've figured out using Google Translate photo feature to scan the included sheet: FN + tab = switch between bluetooth/wired (power on for bluetooth mode, wired mode won't work in bluetooth mode) FN + P (hold for 5 seconds) = enter bluetooth pairing mode (bluetooth name is "87 Keyboard") FN + up/down arrow = change brightness FN + left/right arrow = change rgb loop rate FN + INS = toggle rgb on/off FN + PgUp = cycle lighting effect FN + PgDn = cycle color (each lighting effect can be used with full rgb or single/rotating colors depending on the effect) FN + Q/W/E = stored bluetooth connections FN + Win key = disable/enable win key FN + space (press for a long time, maybe 35 seconds) = factory reset (I did not test this) The extra light on the spacebar is the charging light and will only show while plugged in and on bluetooth mode. Turn off the switch for the light to go away if you're using it plugged in. The rest of it doesn't make sense to me so I didn't include it. Sorry I don't have the energy to figure it out. Good luck!

Wow, I just tried it and it works. Exactly as you said, it requires an extra push and it will click, you will feel it. Also, somehow it works only from one side of wire 🤔🤔 thanks a lot!

no_man_standAwesome! Hope u can get er' all the way going. If anything else seems wonky, I would try those easy, tried and true t-shooting methods like a hard reset or restart... maybe a glance at Task Manager to see if anything stands out... check for updates, etc. I'll help if I can.

I'm in the same boat pantsqueen & schwingaway... mine also just arrived and besides it lighting up (and immediately going out), it won't do anything. It won't type, can't find anything online... www.kc-keycool.com is non-existent as far as I can tell. Please respond here if any of u guys find out anything, I'll do the same. Thx

jo3m4m4Mine arrived with what appears to be a defective USB cable. When I first plugged it in, it behaved the same way as you report. I tried with an old cable I had home and now it works fine. Maybe you tried that already, but I felt it was worth mentioning.

jo3m4m4Wanted to clarify, my KEYCOOL KC87 works great, all aspects I've checked and use regularly anyway. Love the Bluetooth and RGB options on the KEYCOOL. This and the SmartDuck XS87 are awesome keyboards! Awesome enough I would buy each again if/when they die.

Just got mine in the mail and there's this green light indicator behind the spacebar that absolutely won't go away. I'm not sure if the product is defective or this is a quick fix - the instructions that came with it aren't in English, nor can I find anything online about it. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey, Drop emissary! I hope you're feeling as Peaky and Zippy as I do after wolfing those caffeinated gumdrops. Here's my question: May we order black keycaps with the white keyboard and vice versatile?

So anyone who has this, is the 'multi colored shine through design' of the pudding keycaps what it appears to be, not clear shine throughs, but tinted so that you get RGB effect even with a white LED?

Glen8The caps look identical to the 110 Key "Pudding PBT Doubleshot Keycap Set", not quite as nice as the "LOOP Pudding V2 Doubleshot PBT Shine-Through Keycap Set", see the slight gaps in the '@', 'O', '&', etc. I think image 7/12 shows the board with the lights off. Light dispersion in the white portion of the doubleshot looks excellent on a Drop Alt

smithscriptWhat annoys me is the absence of pics of the white keyboard with the LEDs off. I'd like to know how readable that version is.
