Stating the obvious, but almost all MX-style switches already use POM for the sliders, regardless of the housing material. Unless the stem/slider here is some sort of proprietary plastic blend, or Gateron suddenly started offering POM housings, it'll be no more "self-lubricating" than any other linear.
JaybibWho looks at their switches? There's these things called Hi-profile cases, and a bigger thing called keycaps... Plus the housing isn't clear so they aren't best for RGB. TLDR: Buy Gat Yellows if on a budget.
