These are the sunglasses you’ll always be glad to have around: sturdy, comfortable, and universally flattering, too. Keep them in your glove compartment, toss them in your backpack, or bring them to every music festival this summer Read More
Bad quality. Bought the polarized version and a few dunks in saltwater and both pairs have some distortion effects on the lenses. The lenses look similar to when you see gasoline or oil floating on water, that rainbow or prism effect. We bought these specifically for paddle boarding. They should have been perfect: polarized, cheap, and called KNOCKAROUNDS... very upsetting they only lasted a few dunks in salt water.
I bought these (Glossy Tortoise with Green lenses) for my car. The document that comes with them describes a 0-4 rating system for tint darkness and 4 is designated unsafe for driving. Unfortunately for me, I discarded the label with the number on it before seeing this and I don’t know what number they are. I would appreciate if anyone has this info
DON'T !
Somehow I can't write a review, but when you open the package, the first thing that you'll notice is the quality. Or the lack of. These glasses are cheap as F.
I can get the same - or better quality - at the local market for 5 euros. They are polarized, but they almost broke, just by opening the packaging. They are filmsy and they don't look anything like the pictures.
The lenses on the pictures are see-through - in real life they are metallic and not transparent at all. They fit well but the lenses are too big. Also, on the pictures it has some gradient - nothing IRL.
Avoid it!
( I would give it 1 star, just because it's cheap)
Just got mine and they look great but the lenses are loose in the frame. Can't complain for $20 and they'll make good cottage glasses, but not something I'm overly impressed with in terms of quality.
As others said i think that best qualoity from knockaround are fast lanes and fort knocks (i think it would be same for mai tais but i do not own any of those).
However those i like the most from knockaround are premiums (their shape fits for me best).
If anyone is thinking about buying anything from knockaround i think it is good idea to wait for some offer at their website - 3 weeks ago thay had -40% on all sunglasses and yesterday ended offer for -25% on all sunglasses and there might apear something for new year.
they also have free shiping on all orders over 50$ and -10$ on minumum 20$ order for new users registered from reflink (https://share.knockaround.com/x/lK45Pg)
**I did not do this drop, however, I do own over 15 pairs of Knockarounds. All of mine are Fort Knocks and Fast Lanes, save for maybe one or two pairs of the Premiums. I do not wear the Premiums.
If you want Knockarounds (which I think are exceptional glasses for the price), I'd get some Fast Lanes from their site. Fort Knocks are a close second, I just prefer the Fast Lanes.

Not as nice as Fort Knocks but look and protect better than what you could get off the shelf for a comparable price. I keep a pair for "forgot my sunglasses" emergencies.

I received them today and im super disappointed. Quality of plastic is very poor and lenses are already with small scratches. Feels like cheap china stuff. You can get better quality sunglasses on amazon for about the same price.
