We've touched base with the vendor once more concerning the group's order and this time they've provided us with inbound tracking information for the shipment that's currently on the way to their facility from the manufacturer. Tracking shows these ties will arrive with them by 7/14 and the vendor will have everything repacked and sent to our warehouse immediately thereafter. As soon as we receive the ties we will work to have individual packages sent out as quickly as possible.

TylerThis drop is turning into a comedy. I've just re-read all your updates and it seems someone is bending the truth. Apart from the fact that MD's updates are the kind you have when you're not really having an update, has anyone else noticed these ties have racked up a lot of frequent flyer points without actually going anywhere? Cancel at this stage? No way, these must be some amazing ties.
OdiodiIt's frustrating for us too and the delays we've experienced with this are not what we anticipated, but keep in mind the communication chain - info needs to go from us to the vendor on the east cost and then to the manufacturer in Germany, and then back again, for each update. Given the time zones and language barriers, it takes a lot of time and energy to pass info along that path.
I'm not trying to justify the delay, it's an issue and we're doing everything we can to fix it. Just wanted to give you more context.
We've just received some additional news from the vendor letting us know that the bulk shipment is actually currently en route to their facility from the manufacturing location. They now anticipate having these ties prepared and resent to our warehouse in New Jersey by July 5th. Our warehouse team will be there standing by ready to have individual packages turned around as quickly as possible.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Knottery New York Silk Knit Ties and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 6/17.
