Edit: I took your advice and reached out to community support for a replacement. Unfortunately, they determined that the time-frame for reporting the issue has passed, which means they are not able to facilitate a replacement or return. MD-89695-4222448
I think this will be the last time I purchase keycaps from Massdrop.

bennettp123Pretty similar to why I stopped buying anything from (mass)drop. Sent me a blatantly defective-by-manufacture artisan, I was away traveling and by the time i got home and checked the package and reported it they just shrugged and gave the same response. For something which was a blatant manufacturing defect, completely unusable.
