Unlike traditional flashlights, the Maratac Stainless Steel TPF AAA Flashlight features a wide 105-degree-angle beam. Great for working under the hood, traveling with a group, or setting up camp at night, it’s armed with three different brightness settings, each of which is accessed by clicking the side switch Read More
TLDR: This is a game changer!!
I did a video review for the Aluminum AAA version and thought I would share the link below for any future drop participants that are curious. I also feel that flashlight is super light and if you prefer a bit more heft this SS version could be better suited. The Aluminum one I have feels like it would be much less noticeable to drop out of your pocket or what not.
My review includes discussion of the clip versus if it had a magnet, and I compare its light output versus that of other lights I had brought home from work.

Well if it should matter I will go ahead and leave my impressions on this newly received toy. It is tiny (lol) and I have medium size hands (if that means anything). However..it is a thing of beauty. Yeah it took me a moment or 10 mins to figure out how to cycle thru the modes since I am used to clicky switches but once I did it was effortless in its totality. Great flood (circle) light and this will serve a nice purpose in my burgeoning collection. So to not beat around the bush I give this beautiful light 5 stars and Massdrop got it to me quicker than expected.
Hey everyone, the pricing here was incorrectly set based on the AA model. It's been adjusted and everyone will be charged the new lower price when the drop ends. Thanks for letting us know, sorry for the mixup, glad we got it sorted.

Kind of a joke, it was cheaper on Countycomm's site by a few bucks for over the last few months...then it hits Massdrop and the price increases both places. :/
I can wait on this "deal."
ErrandofAngelsThis is a totally valid comment, and independent of the price on Massdrop. We don't control the prices on anyone else's site, but I've passed your comments along to the vendor. Thank you.
I like the specs on the AAA which is why I am going to grab this but they do need to be updated on the site for those not paying attention to the discussions. AAA has higher lumens despite lower run times.
Now this is a way to start my steel edc and this could be useful but I'd really like a AA version. Will probably jump on this regardless, I need a 90 degree light and don't have one yet.
ZazahaReposting from above for this thread as well...

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.

Nitecore TIP 360 Lumens USB Rechargeable Keychain Flashlight
Why is the description and specs wrong on just about every item that massflop drops? It's ridiculous. Just copy the specs from the manufacturer. Are they getting mixed up because of translation? It doesn't give me much confidence that I will be getting what I thought I bought. Come on, be professional.
