Product Description
Designed by MiTo, who you may know from community-favorite sets like XDA Godspeed and Canvas XDA, the DSA Legacy Custom Keycap Set pulls inspiration from some of his famous prior sets including PuLSE SA and Overcast DSA. The set features two separate colorways: Solace in striking cyan and black (modeled after the popular Icarus Fell weapons skin from CS: GO), and Rush in bold pink and purple (taking cues from the Neon Rider skin from CS: GO) Read More

Let us now if you have any issues or questions, thank you very much for the enthusiasm and support!
I hope you appreciate this drop and that the keycaps exceed all of your expectations.
Hi Everyone,
We have an update on the production status of the Massdrop x MiTo DSA Legacy Custom Keycap Set. As many of you know, two distinct color schemes were offered: the iconic PuLSE and the all new exclusive Rush color scheme. The classic black, cyan, orange and lime color tones easily translated to ABS plastic, but nailing the purple and pink tones featured in the Rush color scheme has been challenging. We wanted to give everyone a heads up that this challenge may cause a delay in our estimated ship date.
MiTo received two rounds of color samples in Brazil, and the color scheme is still not matching what he envisioned. Because of that, new techniques and color matching procedures are taking place right now, in order to ensure an exact match to his vision and the product designed. Here are some photos of the color samples that were rejected:

Once the finalized colors are up to the standards we are all used to, MiTo will go ahead and authorize manufacturing.
We’ll provide an update in mid March with the latest information.
He holds himself in very high regard. It's a double edged sword - he doesn't seem to take criticism very well, as evidenced by his past responses to it.
JaytalI don’t hold myself in any regard, I simply try to execute the projects the best possible way, involve as many enthusiasts/creators I can and leave it at that. Criticism is a very significant part of this craft and all sorts of criticism is taken with open arms, even negative, as this helps me evolve both as a person and a creator. There is a difference between criticism and misinformation/misunderstandings however, and I try to respond to it appropriately, I’m sorry if at some point you felt otherwise.
Now that all of you are receiving your kits, please reply to this comment of mine in case you want me to feature your pictures on my website and Instagram! Thank you all for the support and patience, I hope you’re enjoying Legacy!
It took me a while, but I finally got around to doing something similar. Though, in my case it was a matter of moving the lateral modifier columns to the middle columns. I had actually never given it any thought before I saw your photo, but I really like the concept of putting 2 columns medial to the index fingers and having nothing lateral to the pinkys in home position. Thanks for the inspiration.
Hey everyone,
Wanted to check in and let you know the sets are wrapping up production and will be ready to ship to our warehouse in New Jersey in the next two weeks.
We are still on track for the May 31 ship date and we will reach out again in a few weeks to give everyone any final updates.
5/25 EDIT:
The caps are making their way to our warehouse in New Jersey now. We'll do another update to the community soon with the latest!
Hi everyone,
The Legacy Keycap Sets have arrived at the warehouse and the team is wrapping up quality control checks. The sets will start shipping out tomorrow, and we estimate that the shipment will span over multiple days.
We apologize for this slight delay, and we’re looking forward to everyone receiving the Massdrop x MiTo DSA Legacy Custom Keycap Set!
I also got a few pictures here of a couple keyboards we put the caps on for everyone to see. Please do excuse my amateur photo skills, these keycaps are looking pretty sweet.
I appreciate the feedback and suggestion but this wouldn't help because I don't have a camera to begin with. Also the main problem is that everyone's screens will show different colors. Having my own screen/setup balance would only serve to one purpose - me seeing my own photos accurately. I've seen this equipment in full usage at color houses and manufacturers plant, pretty cool but wouldn't help me too much.
Looking like NORDE and UK put together won't even pull off 50 kits - sad sight to see, yet somehow there's always a riot when international support isn't offered. Maybe one day.
Well the April 25th ship date has passed on a item I purchased in October 2017, can I have a refund or a credit? I think you have been holding my $80.41 long enough. I'd like to spend it on something I'll still want by the time I get it. Thank you, theo!
I'm well aware of the precarious logic that underpins my sentiment about "deal with it or get out" but I fail to see support for your criticism. Delays like the one here are inherent to the structure of a group buy. Obviously, things like this could be avoided but not without compromising other elements of the system. To guarantee delivery of a product for given deadline certain elements of design and manufacture must be controlled. The nature of bringing a new product through manufacture often runs into issues and as I touched on earlier GMK has no incentive to prepare production before an order has been placed. Massdrop could prepare a down payment of some kind but GMK might not do that and it burdens MD with more risk.
I am curious in what way you think this could have been handled differently. I think the communication has been good, especially compared to previous drops that have been delayed. They have been seemingly transparent about the delay and its cause. I understand it's not ideal to wait an extra month but it seems like a modest compromise when you consider the context.
A_PenguinAgreed, I think this outcome is much more preferable over everyone being dissatisfied over the colors as well. The original ship date is an estimated forecast and not something set in stone.
