Maybe you live in the Silicon Valley and love doing business there, or maybe you live far away and loathe the gentrified land of Google, Apple, Facebook, and many more. Whatever the case, this incredibly sarcastic board game gives us all a chance to poke fun at the San Francisco Bay Area’s tech hub. Full of humorous references and wacky startups, Maybe Capital is a think-on-your-feet game in which players pitch new companies to investors. Companies are determined based on two random cards. You could get something like coconut water Bitcoin, Uber for organic sausages, or science in Florida. The idea is to pitch your company as confidently as possible to encourage the others to invest. As you continue to pitch, you’ll need to network with others and build your own portfolio of companies. In the end, you win if you take your portfolio of startups to IPO or you earn 50 million bucks and declare that the bubble has popped. Wanna hear more? Check out this TechCrunch article.
