Just in time for the Halloween season, these Cursed Orb keycaps are sure to cause a fright. Painted and crafted by hand, the caps depict a large, mysterious sphere atop a bed of craggy rocks Read More
I got the Terra colorway to match the JTK Toxic set I had laying around. Looks good on its own, but the stem feels super tight, and there seems to be a desired orientation for the keycap (tested on some loose switches). Given its shape, I would have expected it to fit in all 4 directions.
moonkeyThe more I look at the photo on the page and then at what I got, the more pissed off I get. What a fucking bait and switch rip off. I'm gonna charge back through paypal. Complete scam
The pictures that were on the site during pre-order have been clearly swapped out from when I ordered. Even then the pictured items on the site now are a far better copy of the products then what I received. This product is low quality. This is true bait and switch by not only drop but also by the seller.... I have had good experiences from drop in the past, but this will have me thinking twice about ordering again.
It has a very interesting depth of color when you shine light directly on it. But I like to keep things dark. I could only imagine how awesome this artisan would be if I could shine a light through from underneath. The design fits in with my other DOM profile keycaps that Dwarf Factory puts out... so I'm happy about that.
Awesome idea suffering from fit and finish issues.
Loved the idea of the cap and it looked great in the photos, upon arrival it seems like they used some type of wood for the texture inside the orb but around the dome itself i could see bare wood from where it was carved to shape. sharpied over the wood color and its passable but this shouldn't be in issue considering the price of the cap.
Went with the red version. There were a few defects on the artisan, namely white discoloration (the red wasn't fully there) on different parts of the artisan. It is still usable as a face of the artisan looks perfectly fine
