My only real wish would be different colors. Im dealing with some major fomo right now. I want this and can easily afford it right now. But i would 100% rather a grey or black version. White is so hard to match sometimes because white is so heavily influenced by undertones. A white capset can look pure white but then when put on a bluish white board suddenly the caps have a warm hue to them or maybe an off white yellow hue. White is my least favorite color for keyboards. Id LOVE a full PC version
This board needs: -A barebones option -Colors other than beige -To get rid of that awful badge

It is blank but the screw holes would require re-working since they are self-tapped in place making them expand into the badge.

VSG28What a shame, that's some delicate handling
The switches on this keyboard are traded on the "font choice" on the keycaps. "5 minutes to mention other switches but yea... yea... what about the ones in the board?" The poly bottom is the "solid piece". I've "seen" that people are mentioning that the poly bottom and the "assembly" or "put togetherness" or "context of tolerances" ends up with a keyboard that feels very solid. I like the badge at the top (Occam's). Meaning I'll trade opinion for it and then reason that it doesn't matter... mostly. I STILL find the "key" layout and/or/versus volume knobs or a row of macro keys to be somewhat stupid. That a TKL is a TKL but one day someone will provide a Corsair-like macro row as well as a volume knob that was "blueprinted on a napkin in 5 minutes and had an 'articulated chamfer'". Oh... wait.... I could draw (on a bloody napkin with beer spilt on it) a volume knob that is more interesting than "all the boards that I, myself and Irene" have ever seen. Meaning the entire "discussion" is overlayed onto the fact that we would rather talk about the volume knob instead of supply lines and $200 DACs that are "shoved into things" that aren't DAC plastic molds. ...but yea..... don't count out "this one" (this keyboard) in your "history folder".... You get a "package" when you buy a branded keyboard/mouse combo. No one is comparing this keyboard to a "plasticky" Corsair mouse that otherwise "does the job". (This final comment is reflected on what "stock" means as well as the keycaps chosen for this keyboard.) I like it raw sometimes.

The stock sound of this thing is pretty bananas (in a good way), but I have less than no need for another DAC and/or amp.
"a polycarbonate case bottom for a bit more flexibility and lightness", exactly the reason Chyrosran22 thinks the modern enthusiast scene is a joke. Especially when a company uses it in marketing for a part of the keyboard nobody wants to be light and flexible.

Cool idea ~ would much rather see it as a macro pad with knobs to adjust the DAC. Many of us are already rocking 75% or under - a macropad with a DAC can easily supplement most setups.

LulunaI think this was intended more for people like me. Never touched an audio device that needed a driver and this board wopl be the reason i spend money on a set of nice headphones.

JohnnyFlackThat's the beauty of custom keyboards - regardless of the design / layout, there is bound to be a few people it's perfect for :) My recommendation is really for Moondrop to reach a greater audience. People love customized macropads with knobs (they're fun gadgets, lol) and can complement most layouts (and the ability to move it to either side of the keyboard is huge). Meanwhile, a this complete keyboard would only appeal to those who want a 75% layout...and only those who can justify replacing their existing keyboard (which if you're into this hobby and into 75% layouts, you probably already have a few). Just a far more limited audience is all. I personally like the idea as a whole (keyboard + dac), but as a keyboard, it seems very...mediocre (doesn't sound very good to me in the video)?

Haha has anyone seen the render of the new keyboard that FiiO is working on? Look at that spacebar ( ͝סּ ͜ʖ͡סּ )

GoomsAt least it looks like an audiophile keyboard. This looks like the audio part was an afterthought. That said, the moondrop looks better overall.
I know it's kinda silly to buy a keyboard with a DAC built in when what I really just need a DAC but I actually was never going to buy a standalone DAC in the first place, so here I am. Glad to see this on Drop!
might just be me, but it seems ironic to have an audiophile keyboard, without a single volume knob :)

mdotShouldn't have been hard to implement as the Moon River 2 (the built in dac/amp) already had a volume rocker that controlled source volume
