Has anyone else noticed that the LED pipe barely emits any light anymore? When I first received the deskmat, the light pipe was very bright. Now it's hard to tell if it's even on.

BowserUSCYeah, same here. Don't know what happened, but suddenly it's only lighting up the first few cms (~2 inches) on each side of the connection box, quickly fading out. The rest of the edge is not lit anymore. What's wrong, and how can I fix it?

BowserUSCCame here looking if anyone had a fix since I'm suffering the same issue. Bummer though. I opened up the control box that has the PCB and RGB LED in it, can't really see anything burned out. I don't have a working one to see where the voltage differences are. My guess would just be a faulty voltage regulator chip. Now my glow desk mat is just an unlit desk mat with a clear ribbon on the edge.
