I have this pen, it's beautiful and a joy to write with, but it's the only Pelikan in my collection that has had its cap cracked. I contacted MD about it but they couldn't help me out, then I contacted Chartpak and the cost for fixing it would have been enough to buy another one so be aware of that when you order kids!
