I've never experienced a sharp knife until I got the ZDP189 Bunka Black Knife. It is life changing. This is the smaller version of that knife ment for smaller, more precise cuts. Even came with the Saya (wooden knife shield). Felt like I needed it to have a set, don't always have to get out the big boy.
Very pleased with this knife. Came scary sharp right outta the box. Push cuts through phone book paper with zero effort. Beautiful hamon on it as well. Slices through my food prep like it's not even there. Quite lightweight, and the handle feels great in my size L hands. Highly recommended!
