Just got my sloth pope and its the EXACT SAME as the first shitty pixellated one. I now want a refund. No discount is worth this crap we've gone through!
Wow I am extremely pissed. I got my second shipment and I specifically asked for both to be XS, while before it was S and XS, they gave me a freaking M and XS. Completely unsatisfied here. This took nearly 4 months and they gave me the same pixelated sweaters as the first time..
I just got my replacement Shelfies Pope Sloth sweater in the mail today. Quality is improved and the image is far more in the center. Image is slightly blurry but not pixelated. For an XL sweater it's fairly small. Especially considering how little it breathes and flexes. Better overall quality but leaves a bit to be desired.
I just received my refund from Massdrop after Shelfies completely boggled my mind with no less than A WEEK'S WORTH of nonsense responses.
First, I emailed Shelfies my transaction ID and asked for a refund as stipulated by their representative in this thread. They asked me for the type of sweatshirt and size before they issued a refund, which I thought was to confirm what I ordered. After 3 more days of no contact, I emailed to confirm that my refund was being processed... and they emailed back unsigned that they were working on a new one for me. What?!
I emailed back that this was not what I asked for, that I wanted the refund as they had promised and said they would work on. Yet another Shelfies employee emailed back (spelling my name wrong after a chain of emails and my name being in every one, multiple times), and asked for the transaction ID again, saying that I had given him the "Tracking ID" instead. Are you kidding? The entire email set comes with the previous emails quoted, it's obvious I had already given the transaction ID right off the bat.
After another day and a half, I gave up and forwarded the entire email chain to Massdrop. They issued a refund to me, including shipping, and gave me a genuine apology. I appreciate Massdrop's speed in resolving problems stemming from the insane incompetencies of Shelfies and I'm glad to hear they'll be avoiding them in the future.
I'm worried about the one I purchased because I too live in Canada and I bought it as a gift so it will be going straight to them. I'll have no idea about the quality when it arrives and as far as I know it still hasn't arrived.
I still haven't received mine so I'm pretty concerned about the July 1st deadline to ask for refunds. I'm already quite displeased though just based on the shipping time. It shouldn't take this long to ship something to Canada, especially a location that's this near the US border.
I shipped the sweatshirt back to Massdrop last Thursday, which cost me $5.25 for USPS priority mail. Tracey from Massdrop emailed me back to confirm that they processed my refund.
I'll be pretty (further) disappointed if the S/H cost that I originally paid to Massdrop is not included in the refund amount, considering I'm out at least $5.25 now with nothing to show for it except a bunch of grief.
