I am loving this jacket! I don’t thing it’s THE most well made jacket out there, but it’s way more affordable given the 850 fill down. The material inside is lovely against skin. The jacket is a great length (a little longer than the usual jackets) and has a nice fit for someone me, who has big boobs and hips. I can zip it around my hips which isn’t always the case with jackets. And it’s not smashing my boobs, which also frequently happens. I’ve worn it down to 21 degrees F with a base and midlayer and was warm. I was way too warm for any type of activity such as snowshoeing and hiking. Which is a good thing! Love this jacket and I extra extra love it because of the price.

This is an awesome lightweight jacket, it takes up little space in the pack and is super warm when you need that extra layer. The fact the down is hydrophobic works for those days when you forget the shell jacket. I only wish it had a hood. This jacket will be in my pack from now on!

The bad: it's ugly and the fit on me is meh. The good: the amount and quality of the fill, the elastic cuffs and hem. Together, these result in a surprisingly warn jacket.

I really liked this jacket. I thought I had a lightweight jacket earlier, but this one is on a different plane. I am usually always cold and even with warm jackets, I need to wear layers. Not with this one. Went out in 22F weather wearing a summer t-shirt and this jacket and it was wonderfully warm, even worked up a sweat while walking around. My face/head and legs are jealous that they don't have this jacket. The sleeve within a sleeve is amazing as well. I think this is the best deal I have gotten on Massdrop. Thanks Sierra Design! P.S: Sierra Designs, got anything coming on MD for my head and legs?

Very pleased all the way around. Great fit, well-though out design and features, great price. I was out of town for a few days around the scheduled delivery time so had the PO hold the box- someone from Massdrop contacted me to see if there was a problem since it hadn't been delivered! This will get plenty of use in town and in the woods; the jacket fits easily into a stretch mesh interior pocket, turning it into a trail pillow of perfect size, shape and density. Well done, Team Massdrop!!!

Great down jacket that is light, very warm, and reasonably durable. It has an athletic cut and fits and looks great. The high-collar looks great and is also very functional. No need for scarves. However, for me, the high-collar starting staining within a month from body oils probably because the gray is so light.

Pretty warm, pretty large.

Great jacket, super puffy and warm. Very comfortable, and really keeps you warm. The pockets are quite nice, and the zippers are very high quality. I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for this type of jacket, it's definitely worth it. That being said, I would not recommend ordering a size up ( I am in europe so sizes are a bit different) as the jacket is quite big.
