I got this because it's a spyderco and I had not previously owned one before. It was at a nice price point and I was interested about the form factor.
I was dailying the Terzula Compact Tactical Folder up until this point and upon receiving this... well it's become my new daily. The Terzula is a great blade, but what I didn't know I appreciated in a daily until this Dragonfly was just how nice it is to have a small, lightweight, and pocket friendly blade to carry at all times. It stays in my pocket almost 100% of the time. The Terzula I found needing to take out while sitting at my desk, and honestly it's a little too much knife for my specific tasks that arise.
For circumstances where self-defense is a higher priority, I'd rock the Terzula, but for everyday tasks while at work, I prefer the Dragonfly. I'm very happy to add this little bugger to my collection and have been enjoying the satisfaction opening this blade brings.
