Hey all, I know these pages have been fairly steeped in negativity and I've talked with Drop and it looks like they've given me the go-ahead on a fairly independent solution.
For 3 weeks starting Feb 2, going to Feb 23, I will be aggregating every single wrong order I can at my cost, and will begin shipping people their correct orders to compensate. I know this is waiting, and work, and really honestly annoying but it's the only solution I know how to do. To receive a label, please send me an email at replacement@switchmod.net by the cutoff date of Feb 23.
I will have you send the wrong product to me, and you will recieve the correct product when the cutoff date is over.

Hi, I just received my drop order and like many ... I received the wrong product. I won't go on and on, but this is extremely disappointing-- I depended on receiving the right lube, and is holding me up big time.
Bryan, I just read your message ... and will be sending you an email immediately after posting this. Thanks for making things right by the customer-- besides quality products, that is what counts.
I hope to receive the correct lube 205g 0 -- ASAP.

Eventually, after customs let it to be delivered, I got wrong lube (had to get KRYTOX 205 Grade 0, got TRYBOSYS 3204 (5 dollars cheaper on DROP, please don't talk bs that they are same - price is not the same and that's your problem) which is terrible for stabilizers lubing and which is super annoying (really hoped correct lube but it seems like that almost everyone got wrong lube). I did wrote email message to replacement@switchmod.net, but didn't receive answer. I want my ordered lube (with shipping paid) or full refund (with VAT) or REASONABLE partial refund without having sent lube including VAT (not 5 bucks, which is price of trybosys 3204 wtf). What to do? What are options? If I ordered two lubes one is good, other is wrong, can I use good one? I hate this waiting, I already waited three months, than two weeks for customs to do their job and now I have to wait answer for hours, when I got wrong item :(

The bottles are filled around 30% or something. When I unboxed they were in zip bags. Did not observe large amount of leakage there but there were some moisture inside the bags. Or at least I though it was moisture...
So to receive the full refund, are you also going to pay back the shipping fee that it cost to return the item? How is this processed if it's done internationally?
I hate to say it, but I am quite pleasantly surprised with the mishap. At the time I had to purchase the 3204 instead of 205G0, because I needed to save every penny possibly however, I feel like I got lucky. That is no excuses about their process of packing orders, I mean it is not that hard to differentiate the names on top of the lid and the one corresponding to the order. It make makes me rethink my purchases on the site. (but if I am going to be honest I will still purchase things on the site)
A $5 exchange offer? 3204 was already $5 less than the 205g0 I ordered. Don't waste my time with such an insulting offer.
A $10 store credit offer? No. I will not support you with further purchases anytime in the near future when you get my order wrong.
A full refund is the basic expectation when you send me a product I didn't order. It's still a bad option, just the least terrible of three laughable options.
How about this: we send back the wrong order on your dime, and you send us the right order. Thanks.
