Beautiful keycap set. I use a small face jewel to add the bump on the f and j keys without ruining the look (see picture). I love that they're cold to the touch.
Be aware these have no bumps on the F and J keys to indicate your typing position. It does throw me off and I really with the set had this. Otherwise they are awesome.
After spending some time looking for high-quality shine-through keycaps, you learn those are hard to come by and the choices are very limited. The build quality, feel, and look on Teamwolf's ss keycaps are truly amazing. I will admit though, that it did take me some time to get used to the feel and make the move from plastic. Stainless steel will feel heavy and cold to the touch (compared to your standard PBT/ABS keycaps), but if given a chance, you will get past that. Feel aside, I think everyone can agree the contrast/look those keycaps offer is absolutely stunning!
Like other Teamwolf stainless keycaps, these have crisp edges with a nice satin top finish. The machining is clean and consistent. There are no homing marks on F and J, so be aware of that if those are important to you. It’s a set of A-Z, no punctuation, no numbers, no modifiers; so you aren’t going to have a consistent look and feel across the rest of your keyboard with these if you have more than 26 keys. Just something else to be aware of before purchasing.
The title says it all, they look sick af, a definite visual boost to the right board.
Regarding the grip, it's just enough to not slip too much but not enough to grab your fingertips.
I purchased the rainbow fade version of these keycaps and it matched perfectly with my black chroma board. The only difficulty was installing the keycaps itself. I am not sure if it was the switch stem that was too thick or the part of the keycap that was too narrow, but once it was on it felt great and would recommend. Also changes the sound profile of the keyboard to make it less boring
Really really slick keycaps. Pictures don't do the justice to the shine these things have, they really can pop in low light.
Can't be five stars, tho, because they don't have bumps on the J and F
