The best smelling deskmat
In a practical way, there's little to no difference with a normal quality deskmat. But oh boy does it smell good. Also really nice to have the option for smaller than normal sizes, I picked it up because of that, as my mom's desk space is a bit small.

I bought the black 31 x 18 mat. Pros: nice thick leather, quality stitching. Cons: The reasonable production period notwithstanding, the shipping method (DHL) leaves much to be desired in terms of tracking. Measures taken to reduce crinkling: As the mat comes rolled in a tube, I just left it to hang out by its own weight naturally on a shower-curtain rod for a day, then applied some leather conditioner to it, and THEN I laid it out flat gradually (over a few hours). No major protruding wrinkles.

Great quality
While I don’t known whether the manufacturing has changed, the concerns expressed about the stitching (esp. the hole size) from previous drops does not appear to be an issue currently. The quality is excellent at this price point.

It's such a nice looking and nice smelling deskmat. Only downside is it's too nice - I'm afraid of putting things on top of them since they scratch easily :D
