Save the City, or Watch it Burn
The year is 1666 and the king’s baker, Thomas Farriner, has made a grave mistake: he forgot to put out the fire after work. Now, a simple act of negligence is threatening to bring London to its knees. Luckily, you, as a person of wealth and standing, have the power to help direct resources and save certain parts of the city from the flames. But these are no small decisions, as the moves you make will directly impact the people around you—and more importantly, the future of your estate. In this game for up to six, you’ll have to use your forces to put out the fire in certain areas and destroy blocks of housing to thwart it in others. Ultimately, the player with the most property left, or the player who helps protect the most city landmarks will be crowned the victor.
