wlhlmWinkey G80-3000 will also work with this set. I think they want it mostly for the case design/color.

LeukybearG80-3000 is a POS. How about a GON 108 or Kaliet 22-108 instead?
If you are going to blow $100 on a rare keyset - at least put it on a decent board.
everyusernametakenWell I've been in the hobby so long that I'm past that point in my mech game.
Like many people who have owned numerous "modern" boards, even custom ones, I've started to appreciate older "vintage" boards as well to broaden my horizons and appreciate the finer details and aesthetics of them. They are timeless as opposed to their modern counterparts which would just be replaced with what's "in". Remember when Filcos were the must have?
It's just like how some people love NZXT cases and others lian-li; with both groups gawking at how the other would use such a case.
intelli78Sure, I just thought because of the pictures and the profile should work very well on a winkeyless.

LeukybearI have nothing against vintage!
At one time, the G80-3000 was a pretty decent board. But then Cherry started getting cheap and the modern version started feeling flimsy. Similar to what happened to the Model M under Unicomp's watch.
You don't see many GON 108/Kaliet 22-108's which is why I recommended them.
Rare high quality keyboards with a high quality key set seems logical to me.
everyusernametakenYES, any GON made keyboard is perfect for this set or even any humble Kmac models shall do.
Far better and possibly cheaper to buy this type of equipment because you shall be using it for years non stop, compared to cheapo garbage which gets ignored and tossed aside.
