These trays were not designed to keep the caps stationary without some further assistance. They need either the weight of additional trays, a smaller shipping box, more shipping material or a combination of the three. My opinion on this is that it was GMK's responsibility to get the caps from them to MD. It is MD responsibility to package them up appropriately and ship them to the customer. Something went awry during that last part.
