what was the price from the last drop guys? I missed it last time. I have a code from UE that could bring down to $1300. I do not know if it is more expensive or cheaper than Massdrop.

Got my pair today, but the container doesn't have my name on. It just says "handcrafted for: Ultimate Ears 18+ pro". How can I ask UE to send me a new container with my name on?

Yeah, we need instruction, like do we open our mouth or close our mouth when we do the ear impressio, and where do we ship the ear impression, and specific order number to let UE know the model and color of earphone match to the impression

When will the instruction of ear impression online. There is neither any instruction about the impression nor the address the impressions should be mailed to.
