Fantastic socks, but all 3 times in drop I got one pair. Drop fixed it though, still 5*

Great socks. A little on the thick side but not overly thick, both the soft feel of silk and the breathability of wool, great mix! Every time I've been in this drop they only sent one pair then refunded half, which is irritating but they take care of it, just have to watch/notify them. Lol the first time they wanted a "pic"... I sent them one. "If you look closely you'll notice I was unable to capture the missing pair in the photo" um, yaaah lol

These socks are very soft and fluffy. And surprisingly, they did not make my feet hot. Still, I've put them away for the summer in favor of lighter socks. They do run a bit large; next time I may get the large instead of XL.

This drop was for two pairs of socks but I was only sent one pair, I contacted Massdrop at their email address, and through their website and I have not heard anything back in a week. This is my first problem with a drop and it seems like it will have to be my last, Amazon would have made this right. Turns out Massdrop doesn't even have a phone number, I guess I know why. Update: after I posted this comment I was contacted by Massdrop customer support, they were nice and offered a refund of all my money if I used their return shipping label for the one pair or a half refund and keep the pair. I kept the socks because they are nice. They gave me a 5 dollar credit for my trouble. Overall I will keep using Massdrop but they really need to work on their response time if they want to brake out into the mainstream, Amazon reset the expectation bar in that space.

Best socks ever, but where's the second pair? Could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. At this price, it's MORE expensive than it would have been elsewhere!!! I'm actually kinda pissed and I don't get angry easily any more.

Same problem: Drop was for a "2-Pack" but only got one pair of socks. Hoping customer service will make it right, but overall, since this seems to happen every time these are offered, I have to recommend everyone stay away.
