I just recently bought my own and some of the keys don't register and none of the pins are bent help!!

OK. This is confusing.
"Laser-etched, shine-through ABS keycaps complete the ensemble."
Then, in the Specs.
"Barebones: No switches or keycaps"
Which is it?

TMBackstromin the specs, there just say what isn't included when you choose the barebone option. The first one you mentioned is if you get the k61 with switches.
