Aloucious you re completely right, usb-c is way better than flimsy mini usb , but still kind a flimsy compared to a USB B or mini XLR type.

DougHeisenberchMini XLR is probably very durable although to be fair I don't know much about that connector and I am not sure if it can be used for a keyboard. Keyboards only really use usb-c and mini usb. Most new keyboards use usb-c since it is more durable, smaller, and can transfer more power.
The power transfer is a bigger point for a lot of newer keyboards since some older keyboards couldn't do per key RGB since mini usb couldn't power it. I won't say anything to the quality of this specific keyboard as I mostly wanted to point out that usb-c is the best connector for keyboards.
Also, I hope we can all have a good 2021. I think we all need it after the 2020 we had.

Can anyone help me with the drivers for this product? I can't seem to find a driver that works with the keyboard and whenever I click on the drivers link in the drop website it brings me to a google drive download that doesn't exist.

Can anyone speak on the build quality and typing experience of this board. Is the RGB lighting vibrant? Are the stabs rattily? Does it feel hollow or light or cheap? I'm considering buying one so if anyone could comment on these questions that would be greatly appreciated.

It uses the same software as all the other gh gk60 series boards. Not horrible not gmk. So you can do layers and custom rgb. It's not a heavy kit but with good stabs and switches I get no rattle. I'm using zeal v2s on alphas n mods and box navy's on the functions. For a floating design its solid. At this price it's a steal with hot swap n smd rgb

Anyone else curious about the possible extra switches behind the spacebar? Think they're functional or just for backlighting?

gooseheadi think they are functional on the pcb, but the backplate doesn’t allow access to them

yyoonI don't think that'll work as the pins of Choc switches are not in the same spot as they are on MX style switches

You can def make any keys you want on here to be your arrow key. Personally I'd go with this acrylic case, RGB backlit and underlit PCB (supports both plate and PCB mount switches) . And you can choose between an aluminum, brass, or copper plate depending on what you prefer, Or order all 3 plates with the keeb and try them all out. But its only $100 + 20 for a plate. And this keyboard is headed in the direction of like the Drop ALT and CNTRL, but they plan to have different case options at some point and maybe even a 65%. But this is def worth $100 for a QMK programmables hotswap (3 or 5 pin switch supported unlike the ALT/CNTRL) and kinda neat they are starting to give choices of plate material etc.
