Hari_SeldonYep. Been stuck on "Foreign Receipt" since June 17th. I've ordered stabilizers from 1up in New York which shipped on June 17th (funnily enough) and have just arrived, even going through the exact same NY facility as the switches. Kinda annoying as these are the last things I need to build my board.

Just got my shipment of the 62 Zilents and I would like to note for those that might be curious they are lightly pre-lubed. I did not realize at first since it is pretty light but they definitely have been lubed. I am going forward to clean and use my own however for those that are curious the stock experience for the zilents is still quite good.
dEtaYeah, I notice that with most switches that I buy, even ones that purport to be "unlubed". There is always some degree of lubing. And more often that not, its always inconsistent lubing.
Email yesterday: "This drop has had an unexpected delay, you may cancel". Alright, covid is a thing, just had my DZ60 drop get delayed by 2 months. I'll cancel and order directly from Zeal, I guess. Send in support email asking for cancellation. Automated response: "Thanks for contacting us, this will be delayed due to high influx of support emails". Email today: "There wasn't actually a delay, and you can't cancel now.". After I've already ordered a new set from Zeal. Thanks Drop, for showing your true colors. Not purchasing anything on this site anymore.
jcollins14They did the exact same thing to me, all they did was print the shipping label and it’s been sitting in wherever it “may” exist for the past week just so they don’t have to refund.
jcollins14I am amazed with Zeal's CS. They reply in 1-2days and deliver to South East Asia in less than a week. But I have to pay import tax though.
Whenever I order from Drop, the item usually comes after 5 weeks.
Color me shocked...they've delayed shipping. As someone who has now been waiting TWO YEARS for the Susawatari MT3 keycaps, I have no idea why I decided to roll the dice again with this company. Poor communication, countless delays after delays....I'm officially done with this site and recommending to others to avoid like the plague...
I don't care how much more it costs to order directly from the manufacturers...it's WORTH the extra to avoid the headache of dealing with such a poor middle-man like drop and get it quicker.

All in all, if I were you, I'd never order anything from this site again and go straight to the maker. It's not worth saving the 20-30 bucks. Most of the drops here can be had on Amazon for the same price but you'll get it in 2 days rather than 2 YEARS
