So can this work with TV to a wireless bluetooth speaker like JBL? What about transmitting to Alexa speakers? Also how does it connect, there's no UI to connect Bluetooth speaker to this transmitter?

MannyAkimYes correct. This will allow you to connect your TV (aux out) to your Bluetooth speaker. It connects via Bluetooth, and the paring procedure can be found here: https://www.adv-sound.com/collections/dac-amp/products/accessport-fly
