Do not buy from massdrop! The customs fee is not worth it. You think you're getting a deal but then your postal service will charge you more than the products face value. Don't buy! Buyer beware. Total rip off.
SokoDepends on the country I guess, I usually buy here, send it to US address (shipito), then send it to my country by airmail. Takes forever but I can avoid customs taxes that way.
juan.esteban.salazarthey sent it from new jersey to Toronto.
it was bulshit and I will hold mass drop responsible until customer service compensates with %50 discount on next purchase. This is only the begining. Soon there will be an erosion of marketshare.
SokoHow is this Massdrop's fault?
Their are specific laws, that Massdrop has to abide by, that your country passed to keep things domestic and you, as a citizen of said country, surely must be aware of these laws and too, must abide by them comma period.
As an American, I'm sawry on behalf of this Canadian.
Sokobe mad at the shipping service which massdrop does not control their price. Its your job as a consumer to figure out your own customs to your country(which all are different). And massdrop does not collect the custom charges the government does be mad at them. If you live somewhere where the custom fees and shipping are high you should know better to order online and maybe better to buy products at your local store, if you can not get the product locally then suck it up and pay the custom fees if its something you NEED
SwiftySoul***Buyer Beware*** a terrible company that over prices things you get easy off Amazon.com and Alphabay. Do your diligence. ***Buyer Beware***
Sokothe only billing surprise is you crying over not knowing how shipping works. If you do not live in the USA and are shipping a product to your country you pay customs. Customs is not a fee Massdrop can collect your country is who is charging you customs you need to get your facts in order and quit trying to put down Massdrop over your lack of knowledge. Also I live in Canada and I pay customs/duty and that's the way the world works
