Discreet AUS-8 Blade in Multiple Styles
Headquartered in Oregon since 1979, Al Mar Knives takes inspiration from its late founder, blackbelt Al Mar, and has since gained a reputation for quality cutlery and innovative designs. The Hawk is as agile as its namesake, with a slim 2.5-inch blade made from AUS-8 stainless steel, which is easy to sharpen and takes a good edge. A gentleman’s folder with a vintage look, it features a nail nick for opening and Al Mar’s front lock to secure the blade. At around 1.5 ounces, it won’t weigh you down whether you slip it in a breast pocket, a fifth pocket on a pair of slacks, or put it in the included leather slip pouch.
