The Tomahawk from Artisan Cutlery makes quick work of slicing tasks with little effort. This limited-edition version comes armed with a combination handle made of copper and G-10. The blade is easy to control, and the cleaver shape takes well to pressure applied on the spine and light chopping. The ceramic ball bearings, in combination with the flipper tab, make the knife super easy to open—not to mention the heft of the blade helps it spring to life as soon as you overcome the detent. Fitted with a built-in frame lock, the Tomahawk will stay open when you need it to, and closed when you’re done with the task at hand.
