Received mine today. Did anyone else get the wrong power cable for the H10? I selected the 110v at checkout and it looks like I got the 220v.

Don't feel bad Concerned we both got screwed I too received the wrong plug. Somehow I got a euro wall plug.

Does the MassDrop "support team" even exist, I've sent them several messages with no reply, or is it that i have to wait till some unknown date to get a reply before 12am pacific time.

We have some great news everyone. Our vendor has informed us that inventory will become available to them within the next few days. They will be working hard to prepare this order for shipment and aim to send it from their location by the end of the week. Transit time to our warehouse should take around 2 days. Currently, we are trending for everything to be shipped out of our warehouse by 9/15.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 9/15 or sooner if something comes up.

Is there any news on how we will be able to choose which coverings we want on the pads I still haven't heard anything from customer support.

I got an email from Massdrop the day after the drop ended asking me which type of earpad I wanted, since it wasn't an option when I committed.
So you *should* have gotten a response by now ... not saying you did, just saying you should have ... because that was a week ago ...

Nothing. Absolutely nothing is what I've heard from Massdrop regarding this issue and that is after contacting customer support TWICE! I've been checking my email every day since I signed up for this drop including the spam folder and have received no email asking which type of ear pad I wanted. Lambskin just in case someone from Massdrop actually reads this. I'll just try contacting Massdrop again for the third time and hopefully get an answer.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Audeze LCD-X + Gustard H10 and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where we'll break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 9/15.
Rest assured that we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 9/8.
