Huh.. it occurred to me that BH offers a 15% discount on orders of 10 or more. 339 people requested another drop. I know that won't mean 339 join, but even if only 50 or 100 do the cost savings for BH in processing one shipment rather than 50 has to exceed the additional 10% discount. (assuming the last drop was ~25%)
I don't see why they are on the fence, but i'm probably over simplifying the matter.
