Thanks, PenEnthusiast. The description still says, "Both the wirebound and clothbound notebooks contain 96 sheets inside a laminated cover", so it's still unclear, but I'm guessing the specs are correct, rather than the description. If someone from MD could verify and fix whichever of the listed sheet counts is incorrect, that'd be much appreciated.
Great news, group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 2/1. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 2/2 or sooner if something comes up.
elimelendezYou know I want to say thank you very much for taking care of our orders, I know it hasn't been easy recently sigh the blizzard that ran through the east coast.
@elimelendez & @XiK Is there any way to select no wirebound/only clothbound notebooks? The clothbound ones seem perfect for lab notebooks, but the wirebounds are literally unusable at work.
mgrinshponSorry, this drop is structured only to offer both. Thanks for your feedback though! We can work on changing up the options for the next drop.
mgrinshponNot only cannot lab notebooks be wirebound, but they cannot be perfect bound. So I ask again, are these sewn in signatures, like the Kokuyo research lab notebooks? Can you bend up the top or bottom corner of a page on its gutter side? Are there visible threads in the gutter of the center pages of each signature?
If you want to know the "real" price for these notebooks in France (where I live)...you can buy them in any store for 3.85 euro or about $4.00 each. They DO have very nice paper that is certainly fountain pen friendly. I use them for my work all the time and really love them. When the French retail price (including 20% VAT) is around $4, 4X$4=$16. I think the listed MSRP price of $41.99 is a bit inflated, don't you think? I could buy 10 notebooks for the listed MSRP!
