The WOTC restriction on shipping sealed MTG product outside of the US only applies to product within the last 2 years. You *could* open this up to International.

For the price of shipping I might as well walk into a LGS and buy it there.
As usual, yet another example of a massdrop "deal" killed by s/h costs. I will not buy anything from massdrop until they start offering free shipping.
